Create a one-page guide titled 'How to read a supplement label — and what to ignore on the front.' Aim it at a non-medical reader.

- 02Explains that US supplements are NOT FDA-approved for efficacy under DSHEA
- 03Distinguishes 'structure/function' claims from disease claims
- 04Names at least one third-party quality mark (USP, NSF, ConsumerLab) and what it does and does not certify
- 05Includes a 'when to talk to your clinician/pharmacist' section
- 06Cites at least 3 reputable sources (NIH ODS, Cochrane, USP, major guidelines)
